Registration of Interest

1. Registrations of interest will open at 10.00am Wednesday 7th April 2021.

2. At this time, complete the registration form and send it via email to hello@officercentral.com.au (any submissions received prior to this time will not be considered),
3. Participants will be contacted in order of receipt of registration,
4. Once your lot is selected you will be required to pay a $1,000- holding deposit,
5. The Officer Central sales team will allocate appointments to sign the land contract
6. You must attend your allocated appointment otherwise we will be unable to
guarantee availability of your selected lot,
7. Successful registrants are required to pay the balance of the 5% deposit at their
contract signing appointment,
8. If the contract of sale is not entered in to at your appointment, the property may be
returned to market at the discretion of YourLand Realty.

Please note:
• Registration for the release does not guarantee you will be successful in securing your
desired lot,
• Participants may only purchase one lot per release, per person,
• Registration forms must be completed in full,
• All contracts are to be unconditional,
• The vendor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
