As works continue to progress, here is a breakdown of current activity:

Stage 7: Water main connection and topsoiling works have been completed. We will now commence laying the first layer of the sub-base pavement (road).

Titles are forecast for February – April 2024.

Stage 8: Construction is underway, with bulk earthworks having commenced which includes clearing vegetation, stripping of topsoil and removing and replacing any unsuitable material. Road stability works will commence next, followed sewer installation.

Titles forecast for June – August 2024.

Stage 1 Park Reserve: Practical completion has been achieved, and the playground equipment side in the park is open for residents to enjoy. The remaining area of the park will be turfed in January and open early 2024.
