Stage 1:
- Earthworks are progressing on-site, with final water installation to occur towards the beginning of April.
Titles Update:
- Stage 1 titles are forecast to be issued late June 2022.
Stage 2:
- Sewer installation is currently underway, with drainage pit and pipe also now underway.
Titles Update:
- Stage 2 titles are forecast to be issued Q3 2022.
Stage 2:
- Earthworks have commenced and are due for completion in April 2022.
Titles Update:
- Stage 3 titles are forecast to be issued Q2/Q3 2022.
Stage 3:
- Earthworks have commenced, with sewer installation currently underway.
Titles Update:
- Stage 3 titles are forecast to be issued Q3 2022.
