As works continue to progress, we are happy to provide an update from the construction team onsite.

Stage 10 is now Titled and construction complete.

March 2025:

• Stage 10 has now Titled and construction is complete.

February 2025:

• Roundabout works are now complete and the southern carriageway of Rix Road is now open. Final works on the central median strip along Rix Road to be completed shortly.

January 2025:

• Footpath works are now complete.
• Topsoil works are complete.
• Internet development is now finished, with works on the northern side of the roundabout continuing.

December 2024:

• Electrical and communication cable works are now complete.
• Works on the northern side of the roundabout have commenced.

November 2024:

• ​​​​​​Base course asphalt has been laid.
• Electrical service trenching is underway.
• Works on the norther side of Rix Road to commence shortly.

October 2024:

• Drainage works are complete.
• Commencing kerb and concrete works.

September 2024:

• Sewer works are complete.
• Drainage works to commence shortly.

August 2024:

• Bulk earthworks are complete. Sewer works are to commence shortly.

July 2024:

• Bulk earthworks are underway.
