Titles are forecast for December 2024 – February 2025*.

September 2024:

Sewer works are complete.
Drainage works to commence shortly.

August 2024:

Bulk earthworks are complete. Sewer works are to commence shortly.

July 2024:

Bulk earthworks are underway.
