As works continue to progress, we are happy to provide an update from the construction team onsite.
Titles are forecast for December 2024 – February 2025*.
September 2024:
- Sewer works and drainage works are now complete.
- Water works to commence shortly.
August 2024:
- Sewer works are underway with drainage works to commence shortly.
July 2024:
- Bulk earthworks are complete.
- Sewer reticulation works to commence shortly.
