• Footpath works are nearing completion.
• Topsoil works are almost complete.

December 2024:

• Electrical and communication cable works are now complete.
• Footpath works are now underway
• Base course asphalt is now complete.

November 2024:

• Service trenching is now complete.
• Electrical reticulation works to commence shortly.

October 2024:

• Water works and kerbs are now complete.
• Road base works are now underway.

September 2024:

• Sewer works and drainage works are now complete.
• Water works to commence shortly.

August 2024:

• Sewer works are underway with drainage works to commence shortly.

July 2024:

• Bulk earthworks are complete.
• Sewer reticulation works to commence shortly.
