May 2024:

• We are excited to announce that Stage 7 construction is now complete.
• The Project Team are finalising Authority Compliance which is expected to be imminently received.

April 2024:

• Clean up works are currently underway with finishing touches being applied.

March 2024:

• Concrete works are now complete throughout the stage.
• The top layer of asphalt on the roads has been completed and line marking will commence shortly.
• Retaining wall construction will commence at the end of March and be completed in early April.

February 2024:

• Base course asphalt, which is the base layer of the road, has been laid and electrical and communication underground works are complete. Concrete works will begin shortly, and topsoiling works to follow.

December 2023: 

• Water main connection and topsoiling works have been completed. We will now commence laying the first layer of the sub-base pavement (road).

November 2023: 

• Drainage works are now complete and electrical conduits have also been installed. Electrical conduits are tubes used to protect and route electrical wiring.
• Topsoiling of lots and stormwater pit installation is underway, and watermain connection works have commenced. Following watermain works, we will commence laying the first layer of the sub-base pavement (road).

October 2023:

• Construction is ongoing, sewer works are complete, and drainage is nearing completion. Ground work for services are underway, and once complete, electrical works will commence.

September 2023:

• Construction is ongoing, earthworks are complete, and sewer connection and installation is ongoing. Drainage has recently commenced.
