As works continue to progress, we are happy to provide an update from the construction team onsite.

Titles are forecast for July-August 2024*, as scheduled.

July 2024:

We are working with authorities to obtain SOC for the stage.

June 2024:

We are excited to announce that Stage 8 construction is nearing completion.
Clean up works are currently underway with finishing touches being applied.

May 2024:

• Construction is progressing well.
• Installation of electrical and communication services are complete.
• Concrete works are in progress and once complete, topsoiling and nature strip works will begin as the final layer of asphalt is laid. ​​​​

April 2024:

• Construction is progressing well.
• Asphalt works on the roads are now underway.
• Kerb and channel works are now complete.
• Preparation is now underway for installation of electrical and communication services.

March 2024:

• Construction is progressing well.
• Drainage and water reticulation works have now been completed.
• Kerb and channel works will commence soon, which will then be followed by installation of the first layer of pavement concrete.

February 2024:

Bulk earthworks and underground sewer works have been completed. Drainage works are scheduled to complete shortly, which will be followed by groundwork for services.

December 2023: 

Construction is underway, with bulk earthworks having commenced which includes clearing vegetation, stripping of topsoil and removing and replacing any unsuitable material. Road stability works will commence next, followed sewer installation.

November 2023: 

Stage 8 construction has commenced. Pre-commencement meetings have been held on-site, with Bulk Earthworks to commence shortly. Bulk Earthworks will include clearing vegetation, stripping of topsoil and removing and replacing any unsuitable material.
