As works continue to progress, we are happy to provide an update from the construction team onsite.

Titles are forecast for February 2025*.

February 2025:

• Plan of Subdivision submitted to the Titles office, pending registration. Titles anticipated in the coming week.

January 2025:

• Construction has now been completed, with Titles forecast for February 2025.

December 2024:

• Finalising the final layer of road.
• Construction is expected to be completed this month.

November 2024:

• Topsoil works are continuing.
• Road signage and line marking installation is underway.

October 2024:

• Concrete works such as driveways and kerbs are complete.
• Topsoil works are underway.

September 2024:

• All drainage works for the stage are complete.
• Kerb are works underway.

August 2024:

• Sewer and gas reticulation works are complete.
• Drainage and electrical conduits are being installed; following this, kerb will be installed.

July 2024:

• Bulk earthworks are now complete.
• Drainage works are now underway.
