We're planting additional trees in the nature strips, along with diverse planting selections in the park, to flourish with the community as it grows. But these plants do more than just look beautiful; improving the quality of our air, lowering the impact of the urban heat island effect and attracting local birdlife.

Smart urban design allows us to create a walkable neighbourhood, safe for the whole family. Streets are designed to slow traffic, and pedestrian connections throughout offer safe and easy ways for residents to move around their community.
