YOURLAND PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promotion
1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to a promotion being offered by the Promoter.
1.2 By participating in the Yourland Promotion (Promotion), you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Promotion.
1.3 The Promoter is Yourland Management Pty Ltd ACN 151 294 852 (Promoter).
1.4 The Promotion commences on Saturday 8 October 2022 at 12.01am AEST and closes on Wednesday 21 December 2022 at 5.00pm AEST (Closing Date).
2. Conditions of Entry
2.1 To be eligible to enter this Promotion, an individual must be aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors and other representatives of the Promoter are ineligible.
2.2 Incomplete entries may be deemed to be invalid at the discretion of the Promoter.
2.3 The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any attempted entries that are not received for any reason, illegible entries, incorrect transcription of entry information, technical failures of any kind in relation to entry to the Promotion, the unavailability of any service in relation to entry to the Promotion, third party interference and technical or human error in relation to the administration of the Promotion. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
(a) within seven day of paying an initial deposit:
(i) sign a contract of sale of land (in the form to be provided by the Promoter) for a block of land only contained in any Estate developed by YourLand Management Pty Ltd or its related entities prior to the Closing Date (Contract of Sale) under which a deposit for the amount of 5% of the purchase price is payable;
(ii) have paid the full deposit payable under the Contract of Sale upon signing the Contract of Sale;
(b) not require approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board to complete settlement of the Contract of Sale;
(c) comply with all terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale at all times prior to settlement; and
(d) complete settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale.
3.2 An individual purchasing a lot in accordance with clause 3.1 of these Terms and Conditions by way of a house and land package through a builder is not eligible for the Promotion.
3.3 An individual purchasing a lot upon which a town house dwelling is to be constructed shall not be eligible for the Promotion.
4. Discount
4.1 If you meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall provide you with a discount of $5,000.00 off the advertised price for that lot (Discount).
4.2 The Discount is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 The Promoter is not required to make any alterations to the Discount.
4.4 The Discount is not redeemable for cash and shall only be applied in the manner set out in clause 4.1 of these Terms.
5. General
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage in any way arising as a result of receiving the Discount or any aspect of the Discount.
5.2 The Promoter expressly denies and excludes all representations about the Discount, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 You must not use the Promotion in conjunction with any other offer or promotion being offered by the Promoter.
5.4 The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
5.5 The Promoter will collect personal information to conduct the promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which is available here.
5.6 For the purposes of the Promotion, Estate means:
