TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promotion
  • These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to a promotion being offered by the Promoter. The Promoter is Yourland Management Pty Ltd ACN 151 294 852 (Promoter).
  • By entering, or otherwise participating in, the “Refer A Friend” Promotion (Promotion) you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter or participate in the Promotion.
  • The Promotion commences on 27 June 2025 at 9:00am AEST and closes on 30 September 2025 at 5:00pm AEST unless lots sold prior or extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter (Promotion Period).
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a person (You) who refers a new purchaser (New Purchaser) to purchase a lot in the Officer Central Estate (each a Officer Central Lot) will be eligible to receive the amount of $2,500.00 in the form of a pre-paid Visa card or similar (Referral Fee) from the Promoter (or its nominee).
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a New Purchaser will be eligible to receive the amount of $2,500.00 in the form of a pre-paid Visa card or similar (Purchase Gift).
  1. Eligibility
  • To enter the Promotion you must submit your details and the details of a New Purchaser in the form available via email to hello@OfficerCentral.com.au before the New Purchaser enters into a contract of sale for a select lot at Officer Central, in the form provided by the Developer (New Purchase Contract); and
  • For You and the New Purchaser to be eligible to receive the Referral Fee and Purchase Gift respectively, the New Purchaser must:
  • not be registered on the Officer Central database at the time of the referral; and
  • sign a New Purchase Contract, pay the full deposit amount payable under that contract, and have that contract become unconditional prior to the end of the Promotion Period; and
  • comply with all terms and conditions set out in the New Purchase Contract at all times prior to settlement; and
  • complete settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the New Purchase Contract on the date for settlement set out in the New Purchase Contract.
  1. Purchase Gift and Referral Fee
  • The Promoter will arrange for the Referral Fee and Purchase Gift to be issued to You and the New Purchaser respectively within 60 days of settlement of the New Purchase Contract provided all eligibility criteria are met.
  • Only one Purchase Gift will be issued per New Purchase Contract. If there is more than one individual listed as the purchaser in the New Purchase Contract, one Purchase Gift will be issued jointly to all purchasers listed.
  • Only one Referral Fee shall be payable by the Developer (or its nominee) in respect of any one lot at Officer Central. In the event of more than one person referring a New Purchaser to purchase a lot at Officer Central, the Referral Fee shall be paid to the person who first referred the New Purchaser in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The right to receive the Purchase Gift is personal to the New Purchaser and may not be assigned to any other party, including any nominated purchaser of a Officer Central Lot, except with the prior express written consent of the Developer.
  1. General
  •  The Developer reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the “Refer A Friend” promotion at any time during the Promotion Period.
  • Despite any term to the contrary, if a New Purchaser does not do all things reasonably necessary to effect settlement of the Contract of Sale on the original settlement date as defined in the New Purchase Contract, they will not be eligible to receive the Purchase Gift.
  • The issuer of the Visa cards has its own terms and conditions governing the use, expiry, and transferability of the gift card. The Promoter makes no warranty as to the terms contained in the issuer’s policies. Participants must make their own enquiries with the issuer of a Visa card.
  • Once a Visa card is provided in accordance with clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter is not responsible for the expiration or cancellation of a Visa card.
  • Visa cards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute the Visa cards in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage in any way arising as a result of entry or participation in the Promotion or receiving the Referral Fee or Purchase Gift or any aspect of the Promotion or the Referral Fee or Purchase Gift.
  • The Promoter expressly denies and excludes all representations about the Promotion or the Referral Fee or Purchase Gift except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, a participant is not eligible to receive the Promotion Benefit on more than one Contract of Sale.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion being offered by the Promoter.
  • The Developer will collect personal information of both You and the New Purchaser to conduct the promotion. The Developer will conduct the promotion in accordance with the Developer’s Privacy Policy which is available here.

 

YOURLAND “OFFICER CENTRAL DISCOUNT” PROMOTION – TITLED LAND

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion

1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to a promotion being offered by the Promoter. The Promoter is Yourland Management Pty Ltd ACN 151 294 852 (Promoter).

1.2 By participating in the Yourland Promotion (Promotion), you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Promotion.

1.3 The Promotion commences on 11 April 2025 at 9:00am AEST and closes on 30 June 2025 at 5:00pm AEST (Promotional Period).

1.4 The Promotion Benefit is only available on select lots in the Officer Central Estate as determined by the Promotor (Officer Central Lot).

1.5 The Promotion Benefit is restricted to the first 20 Officer Central Lots sold after commencement of the Promotional Period.

1.6 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a person who purchases an Officer Central Lot will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefit.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To participate in the Promotion, you must:

(a) sign a contract of sale of land (in the form to be provided by the Promoter) for an Officer Central Lot (Contract of Sale), pay the deposit required under the Contract of Sale, and have that Contract of Sale become unconditional prior to the end of the Promotion Period; and
(b) comply with all terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale at all times prior to settlement; and

(c) complete settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale which must be:
a. if the Officer Central Lot is an off-the-plan sale, within 10 days of registration of the plan of subdivision; or
b. if the Officer Central Lot is a lot on a registered plan, within 60 days of the date the Contract of Sale is signed.

2.2 Participation in the Promotion is open to individual and entity participants.

2.3 To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, individuals must be residents of Australia over 18 years of age.

2.4 Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, a participant is not eligible to receive the Promotion Benefit on more than one Contract of Sale and the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion being offered by the Promoter.

3. Promotion Benefit

3.1 If you meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall provide you with a discount on the purchase price at settlement of the Contract of Sale of up to $40,000.00 (Promotion Benefit).

3.2 The Promotion Benefit will at all times remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 The Promotion Benefit is not redeemable for cash and shall only be applied in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Despite any term to the contrary, a participant who does not do all things reasonably necessary to effect settlement of the Contract of Sale on the original settlement date as defined in the Contract of Sale will not be eligible to receive a Promotion Benefit.

3.5 Despite any term to the contrary, a participant who is granted an extension to the original settlement date as defined in the Contract of Sale, will not be eligible to receive a Promotion Benefit unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Promoter in writing.

4. General

4.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage in any way arising as a result of receiving the Promotion Benefit or any aspect of the Promotion Benefit.

4.2 The Promoter expressly denies and excludes all representations about the Promotion and Promotion Benefit, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Promotion at any time without liability to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws. The eligibility of participants to participate in the promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

YourLand Management Pty Ltd ACN 151 294 852 (trading as YourLand Development) (YourLand). YourLand may, at the discretion of Burbank’s Chief Commercial Officer or Burbank’s General Manager of Sales and Marketing, refer applications for home loans in excess of $750,000 to National Pacific Finance Pty Ltd. YourLand will pay a Product Fee of $35,000 at the time of the settlement of the loan to Burbank for any referral.
