Stage 9
As works continue to progress, we are happy to provide an update from the construction team onsite.
Titles are forecast for December 2024 – February 2025*.
August 2024:
- Sewer and gas reticulation works are complete.
- Drainage and electrical conduits are being installed; following this, kerb will be installed.
July 2024:
- Bulk earthworks are now complete.
- Drainage works are now underway.
